Notwithstanding the difficulty in recruiting more women in the area, which involves a lot of outdoor work, moving from stall to stall, Tan Hiep Phat still works hard to ensure we offer women the same opportunities as men.

The immediate success of Zero Degree Green Tea helped Tan Hiep Phat exceeded its twelve-month sales target within two months, following by many competitors followed suit by jumped into the market.
While the trade embargo prevented Vietnamese businesses from buying US products and elsewhere, Thanh Quy Tran came up with the idea of forcing water through the fabric from US Army hammocks. Thanks to this, his first business had not been disrupted.
With the ability to rebalance and detoxify the body after excessive eating, Dr. Thanh Herbal Tea was, in the first place, launched in the run-up to Lunar New Year. Since then, the tea has been seen at family banquets, and very common to see bottles of it at weddings and other big social gatherings as well.
