IMF, RFI laud Vietnam’s effective response to Covid-19 pandemic

In an article recently posted on Indian online newspaper ThePrint, Helge Berger- assistant director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF)'s Asia and Pacific Department praised Vietnam’s efforts in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic even in the absence of a vaccine.
